    I couldn’t turn off the t on the first night. It appears that a controller was missing. I never used the set again The shower was unfamiliar. I spilled water out of he bathroom twice before I could use it without flooding

    A great hotel, very nicely decorated with spacious. comfortable rooms with extra large double beds. The best thing about the Eurostars hotel was the location, it was located right next to Friedrichstrasse railway station which is one stop away from the main railway station and 2 stops from Alexander Platz, so getting around was really easy. Do not be put off by the fact that the railway station is so near, as we never heard the trains, even though we could see them from our window. The only criticism we have of the hotel was that the water in the pool was a little too cold but the pool itself, although a little on the small side was really nice. I would happily stay in the hotel again.

    The hotel and the rooms are modern and spacious. The beds are wonderful. The Breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of fresh items. The pool, is quite refreshing after a warm day walking through Berlin.

    The address location of the hotel has a good potential for improvement regarding signage. The hotel is not directly on the Friedrichstrasse, but behind the Blockhouse Steak house on a side street. No signs were available, aside from a small sign written in German an no mention of the hotel on 1 side of the street. It took us walking back and fourth 3 times on the Friedriechstrasse, asking 2 shops and 4 taxis to know the location of 99 Friedrichstrasse. Finally we found it and were pleased.

    Unexpectedly, however really refreshing has been the fact that almost whole staff were spanish, all very friendly and fluent in German.It has been a very pleasant stay really in the very heart of Berlin -with a spanish touch. Perfect location; Right next to station Friedrichstrasse and therefore best location for any one traveler on public transport, in walking (along river Spree, lovely) distance to Reichstag (Parliament), on the main shopping street in Berlin Mitte (Centre) close to all tourist attractions (museumsinsel / Brandenburg Gate / checkpoint Charly...all walking distance).

    .......too big a choice at breakfast; I really couldn't make up my mind what to have ;-)

    Lots of brilliant food. Hot breakfast, fashionable junior suite. Location just next door to Close to the metro station as well as the Tegel airport bus and Brandenburg Gate.

    excellent location near everything. good staff and good breakfast.

    the room was not ready at the time of check in. And also the room was not clean almost at the end of the day. These things are not compatible with a five star hotel.

    Stayed there at the first day when the hotel opened. Very good new hotel, quiet rooms despite location next to Friedrichstrasse train station, good interiors, helpful staff. For the first day price definitely a value for money and possibly a hotel of choice for next stay in Berlin. Issue was driving direction because hotel is not seen from main street, and entrance to parking is from one-way side street, and no navigation yet knows it. So it took a while to find it and to park. Staff is half Spanish, and many Spanish-speaking guests were there. For the forst day breakfast was too ggod to be true => altogether great pleasure and good location.
